Crumbles is the first coffee shop entirely dedicated to crumble in Paris. Located at 3 Rue Pierre Fontaine, in the 9th arrondissement, steps from Pigalle, Blanche and Saint-Georges metro stations, the shop offers a single modular recipe: build your crumble from €6.50. Four steps — French seasonal fruits, classic or oat base, toppings (custard, caramel, chantilly, PLAQ chocolate), crumblings (meringue, pistachio, hazelnut, almond, pink praline) — and hundreds of possible combinations.
Everything is homemade on site: compote is cooked on demand, the topping is hand-crumbled, custard is whisked every morning. Flour comes from an organic Île-de-France mill, coffee from the Paris roaster Tanat Coffee, chocolate from PLAQ chocolate makers.
