Crumbles is the first coffee shop entirely dedicated to crumble in Paris. Located at 3 Rue Pierre Fontaine, in the 9th arrondissement, steps from Pigalle, Blanche and Saint-Georges metro stations, the shop offers a single modular recipe: build your crumble from €6.50. Four steps, French seasonal fruits, classic or oat base, toppings (custard, caramel, chantilly, PLAQ chocolate), crumblings (meringue, pistachio, hazelnut, almond, pink praline), and hundreds of possible combinations.
Everything is homemade on site: compote is cooked on demand, the topping is hand-crumbled, custard is whisked every morning. Flour comes from an organic Île-de-France mill, coffee from the Paris roaster Tanat Coffee, chocolate from PLAQ chocolate makers.
